Your responsibilities include dough preparation, daily production, storage, and cleanliness. Partner with kitchen staff, maintain food safety and contribute to consistent, high-calibre food presentation.
What are the duties to perform:

Minimum 5 years of baker experience preferred

Minimum of 1-2years in management or supervisor roles as a baker

Sound knowledge of preparing, proofing, mixing, rolling/shaping and baking bread

Operate all kitchen appliances (mixer, proofer, dough divider, oven)

Supervise and control that the bakery items are in conformity with the set specifications and as per the instructions of the Head Baker

Work closely with the Head Baker on new product development and creative bakery concepts
-
Assist with inventory management, ordering, ingredient preparation, and minimizing waste

Communicate effectively with the Head Baker and other culinary departments to coordinate production and service needs
