CNC Laser Nesting Programmer

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with flexible daytime start times:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Work closely with machinists and production teams to improve efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot programming issues and help improve cycle times
- Maintain organized program files and revision records
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer
- Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills
- Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with SolidWorks is considered an asset
