Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care
- Disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas to ensure a healthy environment for staff and visitors
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to prevent accidents or hazards
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
- Complete cleaning logs and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting (up to 30 pounds), and moving equipment throughout shifts
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be available
- Must demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and a positive attitude towards maintaining clean environments
- Must have reliable transportation to work sites.
