About the Role
We're a performance marketing agency that scales e-commerce and DTC brands through paid social. We're hiring a results-driven Media Buyer to run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts for a portfolio of our brands — launching, scaling, and optimizing campaigns to hit aggressive ROAS and revenue targets.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our creative and account teams to turn ad spend into profitable, sustainable growth for real online and hybrid businesses. This is a hands-on, numbers-driven seat for someone who lives in Ads Manager, reads a dashboard instinctively, and knows how to scale a winning campaign without breaking its profitability.
Compensation & Schedule
- $3,000 CAD/month (flat)
- Performance bonuses + rebill commission implemented after 90 days — your earning potential grows directly with the results you drive for clients.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
- Remote — must be based in Canada
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns across a portfolio of e-commerce/DTC brands
- Scale profitable campaigns and cut losers fast — own budget pacing, bidding, and account structure
- Drive toward clear performance targets (ROAS, CPA, and revenue thresholds) for each brand
- Build and iterate on testing frameworks: audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages
- Analyze daily performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Partner with the creative team to brief and test ad concepts that convert
- Diagnose and resolve account issues (tracking, pixel/CAPI, ad account health, Shopify integration)
- Keep clients informed with clear, regular performance updates and next-step plans
What You Bring
- 2–4+ years running Meta Ads with a track record of profitable, scaled campaigns (DTC/e-commerce experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field)
- Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager and analytics/attribution — you understand ROAS, AOV, CPA, and how Meta attribution

- Comfort working across multiple ad accounts and brands at once without dropping performance
- Strong analytical instincts and disciplined, data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with Shopify and the DTC funnel (pixel/CAPI tracking, creative testing, offers) is a big plus
- Clear communicator who can translate performance into plain-language updates
