Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting various warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Milton, ON
Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour
Day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and sorting
- Assist with box making, order picking, and packing duties
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts safely
- Support value-added services like kitting, labeling, and assembly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment
What's Needed?
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work well in a busy, noisy environment
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory
