As a Warehouse Associate, you are dependable, organized, and proactive, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork. In this role, you will support the shipping and receiving of orders, maintain accurate inventory, and help ensure products are processed safely, accurately, and on time.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sort, organize and store inventory in the appropriate location.
· Pick orders and process them by completing any required paperwork.
· Accurately align customer orders with the packing list(s).
· Prepare shipping labels and ASN’s for UPS, FedEx & Purolator shipments.
· Prepare Bill of Ladings for LTL and FTL shipments.
· Ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner.
· Inspect the products to ensure that they are not damaged or missing any labels.
· Prepare customs paperwork for international shipments, inbound and outbound.
· Update logs and documentation for inventory processing and audits.
· Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
· Provide back-up support to other office functions as necessary.
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
· Experience with working with courier shipping software (Purolator, UPS, and FedEx).
· Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word).
· Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
· Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
· Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the working shift.
· Moderate amount of physical effort required; Ability to lift up-to 40lbs.
