Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales transactions
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and security
- Provide product information and conduct product demos when needed
- Upsell items and promote ongoing sales or promotions to maximize revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required
- Follow company policies on cash handling, security procedures, and customer service standards
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with retail sales, cashiering, or POS systems
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
