About Us:
Rally Subaru is seeking a motivated and professional Car Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with proven sales experience — automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales background.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, identify their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles with product expertise
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and ongoing communication
- Maintain product knowledge of current and upcoming Subaru models
- Use CRM tools to log leads, manage appointments, and track customer interactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership performance
- Collaborate with management, finance, and service departments for smooth customer delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Represent Rally Subaru with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach
- Mandatory: AMVIC Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
This is a Full-time position with Commission-based pay and a strong earning potential.
