Your Role
You'll own your projects from start to finish:
- Organize and lead your crew effectively.
- Keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Solve problems before they become expensive.
- Ensure jobsites remain safe, clean, and organized.
- Train and mentor younger carpenters.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry and deck-building experience.
- Previous experience leading a crew.
- Strong understanding of residential construction and building practices.
- Ability to read plans and execute projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
