What We're Looking For:
- Apprentice Welders & Welder's Helpers
- Punctual, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work
- Mechanically inclined individuals with an interest in welding and fabrication
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A growth mindset and eagerness to develop new skills
- Welding experience is an asset, but not required
What You'll Do:
- Assist experienced welders and fabricators
- Prepare, fit, grind, and finish steel components
- Gain hands-on experience with welding and fabrication
- Assist with production, assembly, and general shop duties
- Learn fabrication processes and manufacturing standards
