Shop Manager | Tirecraft Rimbey
Location: Rimbey, Alberta
Compensation: Competitive base wage plus profit sharing

Tirecraft Rimbey is looking for an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operation of the store.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the tire and automotive service industry, provides excellent customer service, and knows how to build a productive and profitable operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
- Lead, schedule, and support technicians and service staff
- Provide customers with estimates and service recommendations
- Oversee workflow, productivity, and quality control
- Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and overall profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and fleet accounts
- Ensure the shop follows company procedures and safety standards
- Help recruit, train, and develop team members
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve operations
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in the tire or automotive industry
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Knowledge of tire and automotive service operations
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Valid driver’s licence

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
