Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Water Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with a competitive hourly wage plus commission.
Guaranteed Minimum: If you complete your assigned route in less than 6 hours, you will still be paid for a minimum of 6 hours.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 3-ton delivery truck.
- Load and unload water bottles and related products.
- Deliver water to residential and commercial customers.
- Complete the assigned delivery route accurately and on time.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Experience driving a 3-ton truck or similar vehicle.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy water bottles throughout the day.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base wage: $19.00 per hour.
- Commission: $0.70 per bottle delivered.
- Estimated earnings: Approximately $28.00 per hour (including commission), with estimated earnings of around $2,200 bi-weekly, based on an 80-hour pay period and delivery volume.
- Monday to Friday schedule – weekends off.
- Guaranteed minimum of 6 hours' pay when the assigned route is completed early.
