Job Summary
Castle Access Panels & Forms Inc. is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, photography, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing digital content, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining our online presence, and helping showcase our products and projects through photography, video, and social media engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging social media posts, stories, videos, and promotional content that align with company branding.
- Photograph products, manufacturing processes, completed projects, and company events for marketing and promotional use.
- Edit photos and videos for use on social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update the company WordPress website, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to create marketing campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Monitor social media performance and website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, and marketing partners as needed.
- Track marketing initiatives and assist with budget management.
- Support trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, digital content creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and audience engagement.
- Experience with photography and basic photo/video editing.
- Proficiency with WordPress website management.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design software.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, architectural products, or building materials industries is considered an asset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating short-form videos for social media.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital advertising.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
