Forecast Coffee is hiring for our Function Junction location.
We are looking for wonderful staff to join our team. Serving food, coffee, and beer with an extended menu, we are looking for a food focused barista to join our team. This role would be ideal for a candidate with previous cooking experience who wants to expand to working FOH roles.
There is also the option to grow or be hired as a Food supervisor for the right candidate.
The Role:
- This role includes: barista, counter-service, food preparation, beer and liquor service, cafe cleaning.
- Free staff meal for full shifts, unlimited coffee bar drinks, staff discount at all Forecast Coffee locations.
- Serving It Right required, Food Safe an asset
-Potential to move into a Supervisor role for the summer season
-Both FT and PT positions available

The ideal candidate:
- Loves great coffee and has some previous barista experience
-Has some basic kitchen experience (food safe practices, food preparation, ability to follow recipes)
- Has flexible availability - we are open from 7am-6pm
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service and giving our locals & visitors a great experience
- Is a positive, hard-worker who wants to build connections within our community and team
-Is sticking around for the summer season!
Starting wage $18.70/hr, plus tips paid out weekly
