The Opportunity
Papi’s Seafood and Oyster Bar located in the heart of the West End offers a menu of seafood-focused dishes, a spacious dining room, oyster bar and a sun soaked patio overlooking English Bay.
We are looking for an experienced, talented and passionate Sous Chef to keep Papi’s menus and dishes on the cutting edge of dining. The ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service.
What You’ll Do

· Ensure kitchen is clean, well-supplied and organized
What You Have
· 5 years of experience working in a similar capacity.
· Cook's trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience.
· Experience in executing authentic seafood focused dishes
· Ability to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
· Ability to multitask and work effectively.
· A desire to grow and learn in a dynamic work environment.
· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.

Pay: $55,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
