Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and assist them in exploring our jewelry collections with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide detailed product information, answer customer inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal by organizing displays, arranging jewelry pieces attractively, and ensuring the space is clean and inviting
- Support merchandising efforts by implementing visual design principles using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or SketchUp to create appealing displays and promotional materials
- Assist with inventory management, including stock organization, product tagging, and updating displays to reflect current collections
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new arrivals or special events through digital content creation and social media support
- Operate cash registers efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate sales records
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within jewelry or luxury goods environments
- Strong knowledge of visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or SketchUp for display setup and promotional material creation
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or merchandising software is a plus for layout planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly explain product features
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing sales duties with visual merchandising responsibilities
- Basic cashiering skills and experience operating POS systems accurately
