We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pub Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy pub. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and helping a well-established business continue to thrive.
What You’ll Do
· Oversee daily pub operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
· Lead, coach, and support front-of-house team members
· Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, respect and accountability
· Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, and cleanliness
· Manage scheduling, labour costs and operational efficiencies
· Assist with hiring, onboarding, training and staff development
· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, liquor and company policies
· Support special events, promotions and community initiatives
· Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals and drive continued success

· Previous management experience in hospitality operations
