Magnolias Consulting Group is a fast-growing business service provider working within North America. We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Graphic Designer to help support our clients.
The individual will need to apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help our clients make fantastic content to help build their brands.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, reports, programme collateral, posters, brochures, signage, internal communication, newsletters, social content, and marketing material.
- Work within each client project’s respective brand identity to translate overarching strategic direction into high-quality design assets.
- Come up with new, creative and fresh ideas for visual design and marketing projects and implement them when appropriate.
- Prepare and submit design drafts for approval.
- Organize and take responsibility for maintaining internal databases of designs, images, etc.
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects to support the current client workload.
- Monitor and meet various design deadlines without compromising the quality of output or deliverables.
- Represent Magnolias Consulting Group in a professional and confident manner in creative communications, internally and externally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or diploma in graphic design is an asset.
- A portfolio of work completed previously.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Suite of applications.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience managing complex graphic design projects.
- Knowledge of social media design.
- Knowledge of print design.
- Knowledge of design for Search Engine Marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem solve and work creatively with limited resources.
- Ability to create and produce strong conceptual designs within constraints.
- Team-oriented, relationship builder with a positive attitude.
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
- Ability to receive and apply constructive criticisms from peers and clients.
