About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Facility Manager to oversee daily operations at our self storage facility in Calgary. This is a full-time, salaried position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized property, and excels in delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Rent storage units and assist customers with account setup and inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Follow up with delinquent accounts and support collections process
- Perform basic facility maintenance and ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-kept
- Sell storage-related merchandise and insurance options to customers
- Monitor facility operations and enforce company policies
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and facility activity
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, property management, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
