We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our food wholesale team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and increasing sales within the food service and retail markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, grocery stores, food service businesses, and other customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Promote and sell food products, understand customer needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and follow up on orders, inquiries, and feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, track customer activity, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in food distribution, wholesale, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of food products and the food service industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to meet sales goals and work independently.
