We’re a Calgary- based luxury wedding planning firm and we are seeking event day support staff for weddings this fall.
- pay $25 per hour
- time: 9am-3pm
- event dates: September 19, 2026 and September 30, 2026
- must be proficient in verbal and written English
- must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
- positions available: 2
- must be local to Calgary
Duties include but are not limited to:
- setup ceremony chairs and take them down
- steam tablecloths and other linens
- setup event decor with the lead planner’s direction
- move light furniture (such as cocktail tables, dinner tables etc)
- other light manual labour may be involved
- other light furniture building may be involved
Pay: $25.00 per hour
