Upper Beach Health + Wellness is a busy, established multidisciplinary clinic in Toronto's Upper Beach neighbourhood. We're growing and are looking for either one full-time or two part-time Registered Massage Therapists to join our collaborative team.

Excellent Income Potential
- Competitive 65% split
- Monthly earnings cap that many therapists reach within their first few weeks of the month
- Once the cap is reached, compensation increases to 90%
- Current massage rate is $130 + HST for a 60-minute treatment, with a rate increase planned in the near future

A Collaborative Team Environment
You'll work alongside Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists/Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, and Mental Health Counsellors who believe in collaborative care. Cross-referrals are common, and our practitioners genuinely enjoy supporting one another.

Schedule
We believe a sustainable schedule leads to better care and healthier therapists.
- Typical shifts are 5–6 hours, averaging approximately five treatments per shift
- Shifts available Monday through Saturday
- Clinic hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Interested in continuing education and professional growth
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Additional training is an asset but not required, including:
- Prenatal or postnatal massage
- Fascial Stretch Therapy
- Sports or injury rehabilitation
- Acupuncture, cupping, or other complementary techniques

Position Details
This is an Independent Contractor opportunity with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling.
