About Elite Trimworks
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter / Woodworking Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Woodbridge.This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with wood, power tools, machinery, and their hands. You should be comfortable working independently, paying close attention to measurements and quality, and contributing as part of a team.
Elite Trimworks has been designing and manufacturing premium architectural millwork products since 2005. Based in Woodbridge, Ontario, we proudly serve contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners throughout Canada and the United States. Our product line includes architectural columns, PVC trim, mouldings, decorative wall panels, beams, wainscoting, and custom millwork solutions. With more than two decades of experience, we have built our reputation on craftsmanship, quality, and dependable customer service. Most of our products are manufactured in-house, giving our team the opportunity to work on unique, high-quality architectural projects every day.
What You'll Do
- Build and assemble architectural millwork, columns, wall panels, and related wood products.
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, and prepare materials accurately according to specifications.
- Operate woodworking equipment including sliding table saws, chop saws, panel saws, moulders, and other machinery.
- Use hand and power tools, pneumatic nailers, glue, clamps, screws, and other fastening systems.
- Perform quality-control checks throughout the production process.
- Prepare completed products for inventory and customer shipments.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and shipments when required.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of carpentry, cabinet making, architectural millwork or woodworking experience.
- Ability to read and follow measurements, dimensions, and production specifications.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
- Forklift certification (strong asset)

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
