We’re now looking for a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver & Budtender to join our team in a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Driver:
- Safely deliver cannabis orders to customers following all AGCO and CannSell guidelines.
- Verify customer ID and match the last 4 digits of the card used to place the order upon delivery.
- Ensure undeliverable orders are returned to the appropriate store immediately after the delivery attempt.
- Maintain open communication with the store — call ahead if running late or if any issues arise during delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service — every drop should reflect the Garden City Cannabis Co. experience.
- Wear Garden City Cannabis Co. gear or licensed producer (LP) gear as provided – professional appearance is mandatory.
Vehicle Care & Compliance
- Complete a walk-around inspection of the delivery vehicle before and after every shift with the store manager.
- Follow all rules of the road and drive with care — you are representing the company.
- Plug in the vehicle whenever it is not in use.
- Report any issues or damage with the delivery vehicle immediately to (Owner & GM).
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times.
In-Store Support (When Not Driving)
- Assist in-store when not on delivery.
- Duties include door greeting, checking IDs, and general cleaning/maintenance of the store.
- Support the store team as needed to maintain a smooth operation and positive customer experience.
- Plug in the car for charging
As a Budtender:
- Greet and assist customers in-store with product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and compliant retail environment
- Operate the POS system for transactions and inventory tracking
- Stay up to date on cannabis products, accessories, and compliance regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
