Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team as a lead hand and a crew member. The ideal candidates will have experience with installing insulation. We are looking for a individuals who can be independent and responsibly complete jobs in a timely manner. Willing to teach additional skills that are not currently possessed. Pay increases with skill and reliability. Must have reliable transportation and valid license to drive work vehicles.
Duties include but are not limited to
- installation of fiberglass batt and poly vapour barrier
- installation of loose fill blown-in attic insulation
- upgrading current roof/attic ventilation
- installing rigid foam board
- installing basement blanket insulation
- insulation removals
- crawl spaces
- maintenance of tools and equipment
- keeping a clean work environment
- driving company vehicle
- basic client communication
Experience
- Previous experience installing insulation is preferred but willing to train the right person
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in the insulation process
- Knowledge of carpentry/ building envelope
- Ability to remember instructions and stay focused on your current task is critical
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Ability to drive a box truck

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
