Kindling Cannabis is seeking a reliable and experienced delivery driver to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be able to complete delivery orders within a 7km radius of our location at 850 Eglinton Ave E. and within a 6km radius of our 1567 Dundas St W. store. We're currently looking for folks who can take shifts at either location. Must have great customer service skills. Drivers may have light in-store duties during delivery downtime.
Our drivers complete deliveries in compliance with the AGCO and Health Canada. Training is provided but you MUST have your CannSell certificate. (Obtained at cannsell.ca)
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE. YOU WILL USE YOUR VEHICLE FOR THIS ROLE.
Compensation for scheduled (hourly wage) shifts includes all of the following:
- $17.60 per hour
- $2-4 commission per successfully completed delivery, based on distance from store
- 100% of tips earned on delivered orders
- 4% vacation pay added to each paycheck
- Staff discount in-store
Requirements:
- Must have valid Cannsell certificate (This is mandatory to work in cannabis. Get it at cannsell.ca)
- Minimum 19 years of age
- G2 or G Drivers license and clean driving abstract
- A reliable vehicle of your own with valid insurance
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Possess an smartphone with data and calling to use tracking app and to contact customers or the store
- Comfortable navigating the city using a GPS
- Pro at finding parking and delivering to condos!
