This course is an introduction of basic concepts of fitness assessment, training methods and testing procedures. A
combination of theory and practical experiences in effects of lifestyle on fitness, weight-training principles and methods,
sport preparation, flexibility, circuit training, post-cardiac program, fads, etc.
