Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Stucco Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with stucco installation and related construction tasks on residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in construction work is highly valued but not mandatory This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in stucco application and broader construction practices while contributing to high-quality building projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and application of stucco on various surfaces according to project specifications
- Mix materials such as plaster, cement, or other related compounds
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming as needed for proper adhesion
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Support carpentry tasks related to framing or structural adjustments when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety standards at all time
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction work is preferred
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are a plus but not necessary
- Willingness to learn new skills related to stucco application and general construction practices
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
