Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to blueprints and building plans.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and diagnose issues accurately.
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other construction professionals.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time sheets.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex plumbing problems using schematics and technical diagrams.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.'
- Qualifications
Valid plumbing license.
- Proven experience as a licensed plumber with knowledge of plumbing codes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
