R&S Auto Service is a family-owned independent in North York. We work on a wide range of vehicles. Imports, domestics, hybrids, and EVs, and we take the work seriously. Our senior technician has decades of experience and still loves talking through a diagnosis. Our team communicates. Our bays are organized. What your days will look like.
You'll work alongside our licensed technicians and shop foreman on a full range of vehicles and job types. From maintenance and brakes to suspension and more complex diagnostic work as your skills develop. You'll have real responsibility, real mentorship, and a clear path forward.
We start every morning as a team. Everyone knows what's expected for the day. Communication is part of how we work, not an afterthought.
You'll fit in here if you:

- Are in your 2nd or 3rd year of the 310S program and can work through maintenance and standard repairs with growing independence
- You're drawn to the diagnostic side. You don't guess, you research, and you won't close a job until you actually understand what caused the problem and why the fix works
- Want to learn from someone with real depth. our foreman has forgotten more about diagnostics than most techs will ever know, and he enjoys passing it on to the right person
What you can expect from us:
- $24.00 – $28.00 per hour based on your year and experience
