Dogaholics is looking for a confident, outgoing, and highly organized Client Care Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Calgary facility.
This position is perfect for someone who genuinely loves both people and pets. We are looking for someone with a bright, bubbly personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates exceptionally well, and can build strong relationships with both clients and their dogs.
This is not just a reception position. While this role is heavily client-focused, it is also very hands-on with the dogs and day-to-day pet care operations within the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Checking clients in and out efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Building positive and trusting relationships with clients
- Confidently answering questions and educating clients on our services
- Upselling daycare, boarding, grooming, pampered services, packages, and add-ons when appropriate
- Handling client concerns professionally and helping create positive resolutions
- Working within our booking and management systems accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all pets’ daily needs are fully met, including feeding, medication, cleaning, organization, rotations, and enrichment
- Monitoring dogs closely and ensuring they receive appropriate engagement, outdoor time, rest, and care throughout the day
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including hands-on cleaning tasks
- Supporting the daycare and pet care teams as needed throughout the shift
- Helping maintain a calm, organized, welcoming environment for both clients and pets
