Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist or Barber to join our salon/Barbershop. This role involves creating beautiful haircuts, and styling while ensuring clients feel pampered and satisfied. The stylist will also assist with retail sales and maintain a clean, sanitized environment to uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety.
Duties
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health regulations
- Engage with clients in a friendly manner, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and positive reviews
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally

Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
