Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to high standards of hygiene
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities
- Ensure all assigned areas are kept organized and free of hazards
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and schedules
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleans or detailed sanitation efforts
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
