We are seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Specialist & Driver to handle our daily mowing routes. This role is focused entirely on executing high-quality lawn care, driving a truck and trailer setup, and maintaining strict company standards.
If you have true commercial mowing experience, solid towing skills, and the stamina for long, physically demanding days, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Route Execution: Complete daily mowing and trimming routes efficiently, ensuring all properties are serviced on schedule.
- Driving & Trailer Operations: Safely operate a company truck towing a 20ft trailer. Handle daily equipment tie-downs, maneuvering, and standard vehicle/equipment maintenance logs.
- Property Maintenance: Operate zero-turns, stand-on mowers, and line trimmers to edges that meet company standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure every property is left in immaculate condition before moving to the next job.
- Equipment Care: Maintain and monitor the assigned truck, trailer, and commercial equipment, reporting any mechanical or maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Towing Experience (Required): Proven experience driving trucks and confidently maneuvering/backing up a 20ft trailer. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Mowing Experience (Required): Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, and blowers in a professional capacity.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle long hours (40+ hours per week) of highly physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
