The Manager, Engagement plays a key role in strengthening the Deloitte Global talent experience by delivering engagement programs and initiatives that foster connection, belonging, purpose, and culture across DTTL. This role plays a critical role in advancing the Deloitte Global (DTTL) talent experience by designing and delivering programs that strengthen connection, belonging, purpose, and culture across DTTL. The role partners closely with DTTL People teams, business leaders, and volunteer stakeholders across the ConnecteD program ecosystem—including Deloitte Global Groups (Business Resource Group), People Councils, and Global Neighborhoods—to activate global initiatives and foster engagement at scale. Success in this role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures while delivering initiatives across one or more key Engagement CoE pillars, including listening, wellbeing, inclusion, sustainability, societal impact, culture, and community engagement.
Program Strategy & Delivery

Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global engagement programs that support Deloitte Global People priorities and enhance the DTTL talent experience.

Manage initiatives across one or more Engagement CoE pillars, including Listening, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, Societal Impact, Culture, and ConnecteD.

Develop and execute program plans, communications, stakeholder engagement strategies, reporting, and measurement frameworks.

Translate strategic priorities into practical programs, campaigns, toolkits, resources, and engagement opportunities.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement

Build and maintain strong partnerships with People teams, business leaders, volunteer networks, and other key stakeholders across DTTL.

Serve as a trusted advisor to ConnecteD stakeholders, including People Councils, Deloitte Global Groups (DG²), and Global Neighborhoods.

Enable and influence stakeholder groups to deliver programs and initiatives that support enterprise priorities while addressing local and community-specific needs.

Foster collaboration across a complex, highly matrixed global organization to drive alignment and successful program execution.
Employee Listening & Insights

Support the planning, delivery, and analysis of engagement surveys, focus groups, and other listening activities.

Translate employee feedback and organizational insights into actionable recommendations, programs, and engagement opportunities.

Partner with stakeholders to develop action plans that strengthen engagement, belonging, culture, and talent experience.
Culture Activation

Support initiatives that bring Deloitte Global culture, shared values, leadership behaviors, and cultural commitments to life.

Drive engagement and adoption of enterprise culture initiatives through storytelling, stakeholder activation, and community-based experiences.
Governance & Operational Excellence

Ensure programs comply with established governance, risk, communications, and approval processes.

Manage budgets, program operations, reporting, and stakeholder communications as required.

Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and tools that enable effective delivery across the Engagement CoE portfolio.
Leadership & Influence

Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a complex global environment without direct authority.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to volunteer leaders and community stakeholders.

Familiarity with employee listening methodologies, focus group facilitation, action planning, and sentiment analysis.

Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies and activating large, distributed stakeholder communities.

Understanding of change management, organizational effectiveness, culture activation, and behavior change principles.

Professional certifications such as PMP, SHRM, Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion, or related certifications are considered an asset.

Experience activating and enabling community-based engagement models, including employee resource groups, volunteer networks, councils, ambassadors, or grassroots communities. Ability to inspire participation, foster collaboration, and translate enterprise priorities into meaningful local action.

Strong understanding of employee engagement, talent experience, organizational culture, inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability, and social impact. Ability to design and deliver programs that strengthen connection, belonging, purpose, and culture while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Ability to gather, interpret, and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback from surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder discussions. Skilled at transforming employee insights into actionable recommendations, engagement strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
Communication & Storytelling

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including leaders and global stakeholder groups. Experience developing compelling narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of strategic initiatives.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex organizational structures, governance processes, and stakeholder dynamics. Demonstrates adaptability, sound judgment, and resilience while driving change and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
