An established distributor of lubricants and industrial products serving commercial and industrial customers across multiple Canadian markets is currently seeking a reliable and professional Class 3 Delivery Driver to support local operations in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
This role combines local commercial deliveries with warehouse support responsibilities in a structured and safety-focused work environment. Drivers are home daily. This is not a long-haul or oilfield position.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled local delivery routes safely and efficiently
- Deliver packaged lubricants and related industrial products to commercial customers
- Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with Manitoba transportation regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load, unload, and properly secure freight for transport
- Maintain accurate delivery records and shipping documentation
- Provide professional and respectful customer service during deliveries
- Assist with warehouse operations including order picking, staging, and shipment preparation
- Operate forklift equipment safely when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Manitoba Class 3 driver’s licence with Air Brake (A) endorsement, or equivalent commercial licence acceptable for insurance approval
- Clean and current driver’s abstract
- Minimum 2 years Commercial driving experience (must be verifiable and acceptable for company insurance approval)
- Experience with commercial deliveries and freight handling preferred
- Forklift experience considered an asset
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety and documentation purposes
Applicants may be required to provide references and documentation supporting previous insured commercial driving experience.

Compensation & Benefits
- $27–$31 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday schedule
