Bentley Group is seeking an energetic, results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our high-volume retail locations. If you are passionate about customer service, team development, visual merchandising, and driving sales results in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Execute company visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
- Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and loss prevention initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
- Schedule staff effectively to support business needs
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Analyze store performance and implement action plans to improve results
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience
- Strong experience in hiring, training, coaching, and team development
- Proven success managing sales and operational performance
- Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
