Adventure Bay is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members who enjoy working with children and families. As a Playground Attendant, you will help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service.
- Supervise children and ensure safe play throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized playground.
- Assist with birthday parties, workshops, and special events.
- Set up and tidy activity areas before and after use.
- Enforce playground rules and report safety concerns immediately.
- Assist with admissions, memberships, and retail sales as needed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and enjoys working with children.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
- Previous experience in customer service, childcare, recreation, or hospitality is an asset.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset.
