This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely.
Vena is redefining how organizations plan, analyze, and operate through its AI-first Microsoft-native Orchestrated Performance Management Platform - connecting planning, reporting, and execution across Microsoft’s data and analytics ecosystem. We are hiring an Product Adoption Lead to drive meaningful adoption of Vena’s AI features across our customer base.
This role is responsible for turning AI from a feature into a daily workflow by engaging directly with customers, identifying adoption blockers, and enabling repeat usage. Success in this role directly impacts product perception, usage of AI, and Vena’s positioning as an AI-native platform.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Product Management.

Drive hands-on customer adoption through Product workshops/clinics, and guided onboarding efforts to increase repeat usage of Vena Copilot
- Identify and resolve real-world adoption blockers (accuracy gaps, UX friction, data/model issues) and partner with Product and Engineering to surface structured, actionable feedback from customers
- Validate product improvements with customers and ensure issues are fully closed-loop
- Work closely with Marketing to build customer proof points, case studies, and referenceable AI success stories
- Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Partners with adoption playbooks and best practices
- Track and analyze usage patterns to proactively intervene where adoption stalls
- Help define what “successful AI usage” looks like across different customer segments
- Contribute to improving trust and perceived accuracy of Vena Copilot through real usage

2–5 years experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product Ops, or similar
- Strong customer-facing skills (training, facilitation, troubleshooting)
- Ability to diagnose problems (not just report them) and drive resolution
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving product environments
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts into practical workflows
- Data-driven mindset – able to track usage, identify patterns, and act on insights
- Experience with Excel-based workflows or FP&A tools is a strong asset; Vena knowledge is strongly preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
- Bias for action and ownership – operates with urgency and accountability
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered products preferred
- Familiarity with analytics, reporting, or planning workflows preferred
- Exposure to SaaS adoption or product-led growth environments preferred
Base salary range: $133,280 - 180,320 CAD
