Support bakery production and retail operations by preparing ingredients, assisting bakers, maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness, and providing friendly customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients (weighing, measuring, sifting)
- Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure product consistency.
- Operate basic bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers) safely; load/unload trays as directed.
- Pack and label finished goods for display, storage, or delivery.
- Serve customers at the counter.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and displays; follow food-safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory of ingredients, packaging, and supplies; notify supervisor of low stock.
- Follow workplace health & safety and allergen-control protocols.
- Perform opening and closing duties: setup, restocking, cleaning, and daily waste/disposal.
Pay: From $15.90 per hour
