Bar Prima is an Italian-focused restaurant on Queen West, Toronto, with a menu built on classic techniques, quality ingredients, and thoughtful execution. The kitchen produces both à la carte and tasting menus, with a strong focus on consistency and detail.

Prepare and execute cold dishes

Uphold standards of safety, sanitation, and kitchen professionalism

Assist with daily prep lists, inventory management, and kitchen organization
