Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Education Consultant / Sales & Content Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the education industry who can confidently communicate with students and families, provide professional educational guidance, promote our services, and support the development of Chinese and English marketing and written content.
Depending on the candidate's strengths and experience, the role may focus primarily on Educational Consulting & Sales, Content Writing, or a combination of both.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Chinese, has excellent communication and writing skills, is highly organized, and is passionate about helping students and families achieve their educational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducational Consulting & Student Services
- Provide personalized consultations to students and families regarding school selection, academic planning, educational pathways, and application strategies
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of local and international schools, curricula, programs, and admission requirements in order to recommend suitable options
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, goals, and individual needs to develop appropriate education plans and strategies
- Review and assess student documents for school applications and admissions
- Guide students and families through the application process, ensuring documents and applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Track application progress and follow up with schools when necessary
- Keep students and families informed of important updates, deadlines, and application statuses
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, teachers, and partner institutions regarding student progress and services
- Prepare student progress reports, application updates, and other relevant documentation as needed
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate student classes, meetings, and academic activities
- Send reminders and follow up to ensure students attend scheduled classes and meetings
Sales & Client Development
- Proactively communicate with prospective clients to understand their educational needs and goals
- Conduct consultations and confidently present appropriate educational programs and services
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services to prospective families
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Guide prospective families through the decision-making process and support lead conversion
- Meet individual and team sales and performance targets
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve the client experience
Content Writing & Marketing Support
- Create and develop high-quality Chinese and English content related to education, school applications, academic planning, and student services
- Write and edit marketing materials, social media content, promotional materials, program descriptions, and other company communications
- Develop clear, engaging, and professional content for parents, students, and prospective clients
- Research education trends, school policies, curriculum updates, and admission requirements to support content development
- Assist with the development of marketing campaigns and educational promotional materials
- Ensure written content is accurate, professional, and consistent with the company's brand and messaging
Industry Knowledge & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations
- Stay current with educational trends, curriculum changes, school admissions requirements, and industry developments
- Analyze client needs and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvement and business development
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and solutions that improve student outcomes and client satisfaction

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
