Supports the QA department in achieving its goals
Responsible for overseeing incoming material quality, documentation, and compliance processes, including inspecting resin and colourants, maintaining accurate records, and performing regular audits. Supports production quality by approving first-off samples, tracking material lot numbers, and preparing capability charts and certificates. Ensures proper documentation control by maintaining filing systems and updating work instructions. Assists with calibration activities, manages non-conformance follow-ups, and prepares pre-shipment samples as needed.
Education:
· Minimum Grade 12 Graduation Diploma
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a QA Technician in a plastics manufacturing environment
Skills and Knowledge:
· ISO 9001 Introduction
· GMP/GDP
· WINSPC in house training
· Safety Training
· Basic Knowledge of SPC techniques
· Ability to read and write English fluently
· Good Mathematical Skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Team Player

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 11pm to 7 am or 7pm – 7am

Physical Requirements: The role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform repetitive inspection tasks. Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of small components is required. Must possess good visual acuity to identify product defects and work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
