Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by “going the extra mile” to deliver friendly service in a professional and timely manner. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and involves successfully identifying customers’ needs and recommending products and services that best suit them. The role will require a high level of customer interaction, so a focus on delivering top-notch service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and exceed their expectations every time.
- Close rental agreements and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Assist with picking up and dropping off customers at the branch.
- Perform vehicle inspections to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize branch productivity.
- Address any customer queries or concerns and resolve them in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- A valid Full driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver's abstract required) Preferred Class 5 License .
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic and sales-driven with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
