Silver Fern Electrical Ltd. is seeking experienced Journeyperson Electricians and an Operations Manager to join our busy and expanding team working throughout Edmonton and the surrounding area.

About the Role:
We are currently filling two positions:
Journeyperson Electrician
You will work alongside experienced electricians and apprentices on a wide range of projects, including:
- Residential and commercial service work, maintenance, renovations, and new builds
- Completing assigned tasks both independently and as part of a team
- Supporting efficient, high-quality electrical installations
- Maintaining jobsite safety, workmanship standards, and professionalism
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a respected electrical team.
Operations Manager
This role is suited for an experienced Journeyperson Electrician ready for the next step in their career. Responsibilities include:
- Running day-to-day operations for multiple crews
- Managing projects, schedules, and jobsite execution
- Leading and supporting field teams to meet project requirements and outcomes
- Assisting crews on site when required to maintain quality and productivity
- Working with Admin to improve systems and productivity
This position combines leadership, planning, and hands-on field support.
Requirements:
- Registered Journeyperson Electrician in Alberta
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Own basic tools and PPE
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Residential experience is required
- Strong communication and leadership skills (for Team Lead role)
