Club Cleaner (must be 18+)

About Us
At Club 38 Fitness, we pride ourselves on providing a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for our members. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Club Cleaner to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our facility.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, workout areas, and common spaces throughout the club.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of all areas, including locker rooms, washrooms, showers, studios, and high-touch surfaces.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the facility to ensure an exceptional member experience.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the facility.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect designated areas.
- Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and supplies.
- Refill soap dispensers, paper products, and other facility supplies as needed.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness before, during, and after fitness classes.
- Identify and report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to management.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently with a strong focus on detail and quality.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining a spotless facility.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to identify areas requiring additional cleaning or deep cleaning without direct supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fitness environment.
