Dooryard Property Management is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Leasing Agent & Social Media Creator to join our growing team.
This role combines property leasing, tenant coordination, scheduling, and digital marketing. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working directly with tenants, property owners, and prospective renters.
Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Services
· Respond to rental inquiries promptly and professionally
· Schedule and conduct property showings
· Screen rental applicants and assist with the approval process
· Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
· Prepare and organize leasing documents and records
· Maintain communication with tenants and property owners
Scheduling & Operations
· Manage daily scheduling for showings, move outs and move ins
· Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth communication between team members and tenants
· Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Social Media & Website Management
· Create engaging social media content for available properties and company branding
· Manage and maintain company social media accounts
· Update and maintain the company website and property listings
· Take photos and videos of properties for marketing purposes
· Help improve online presence and tenant engagement
Qualifications
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Comfortable using social media platforms and basic website tools
· Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
· Experience in property management, leasing, sales, customer service, or social media marketing is considered an asset
