Owasco Inc. is seeking a motivated, professional, and outgoing Appointment Coordinator to join our team.

This is a high-volume outbound calling role focused on customer retention and service growth for both Audi and Volkswagen dealerships. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold calling, and motivated by achieving targets and earning performance-based bonuses.
As a Business Development Agent, you will proactively reach out to clients regarding:
- Customers who have not serviced with us in over 12 months
- Upcoming recommended maintenance and services
- Overdue recalls and service campaigns
- Prepaid maintenance plan opportunities
Your goal is to re-engage clients, build value in dealership services, and convert conversations into booked appointments.General job duties include, but are not limited to:
- High-volume outbound calling to existing and inactive clients
- Booking service appointments by phone, email and text
- Following up with clients regarding maintenance needs and recalls
- Promoting prepaid maintenance plans and service offers
- Building rapport and handling objections professionally
- Coordinating between multiple dealerships and service departments
- Maintaining accurate client records and call notes
- Reporting daily appointments
- Processing reports and completing data entry tasks
- Using multiple computer programs, including PBS, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Sales or call center experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent email communication skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Clean criminal record check required upon hiring
