DZO Viet Eatery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station before, during, and after shifts
- Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and accurately
- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours
Skills
- 1-3+ years culinary experience (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to hear from you).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour (plus tips)
