Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the job site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing supplies to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to keep the work area tidy and hazard-free
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices
Qualifications
- Physical fitness with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform strenuous tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation to reach job sites consistently
